Vaccinera Kalmar is a welcoming clinic located at Kalmar Castle. Since 2020, the clinic has been an important part of the city and is run by Marika and John Wulff. Many Kalmar residents recognise the building as Kaptensvillan, which is also owned and run by the Wulff family.
Vaccination activities have now been expanded with a mobile unit, the VaccineraBus, which is now located here in the Giraffe neighbourhood. The Vaccination Bus has chosen to stop at Kvarteret Giraffen about twice a week, as a way to easily reach out to the residents of Kalmar and offer a convenient and accessible vaccination site.
